Tags let you filter by breathwork phase — Call to Adventure, First Hour, Breakthrough, Third Hour transition and more — each colour-coded so you can read the arc of a session at a glance. Folders mirrors your files on disk and flags duplicates and unmatched tracks so nothing slips through.
