About
Limina Mix and Limina Library (Collectively known as Limina Studio) grew out of the work at Music for Breathwork — a curated library of music selected and annotated specifically for Holotropic Breathwork sessions. Every track in the catalogue has been chosen for how it moves through the phases of a session: the call to adventure, the building intensity, the breakthrough, the release, and the return.
Facilitators using Music for Breathwork kept running into the same problem: they had hundreds of local audio files, curated playlists, and a session to prepare — but no good way to connect all three. Limina Library solves the collection side. Limina Mix solves the arrangement side. Together they form a complete preparation workflow built around the same catalogue that Music for Breathwork uses to curate sessions.
Both tools are built and maintained by the Music for Breathwork team. A free Music for Breathwork account unlocks catalogue matching in Library — the same data that powers the playlists and phase annotations on the website.
